In the user interface, you can create 1-4 alternative budgets in addition to the operating budget. Naming convention is free so you can give whatever name suits best in your needs.
- Properties > select a property > Financial info tab
- +ADD button > Budget
- In the pop-up, fill in at least the mandatory fields:
- Name (anything else but "budget")
- First and Last budget year
- Copy base information from (actual or budget)
- Base information according to (year or copy last 12 months)
- Click Create to save your alternative budget.
