Portfolio KPIs - table view

The table view is the basis of all KPI calculations. In the chart you find the information for Portfolio KPIs, how the values are calculated, and where the data is from. The Data Source column helps you to check and correct any incorrect or missing values.

The table view is exportable as a spreadsheet.

Descriptions and calculations refer to all properties in the selected portfolio(s) and the result depends on the time selections.

MARKET VALUE

BOOK VALUE

YIELD A return measure for an investment over a set period of time (%) (NOI *12) / market value * 100 = yield Properties > (choose property) > Info, Asset valuation

MATURITY

The average expiration time of leases in months and/or years based on a monthly rent and duration of leases.

Length of a fixed term lease is between the time selection and the ending date.

Length of a lease valid until further notice is the notice period (set by the user or default 3 mo).

TOTAL RETURN
