Financial information at a property level

Standard, Professional and Enterprise subscription plans

Property specific financial information can be found by opening a property and navigating to the Financial info tab. You will find the summary of the data in the Info tab, too. The fastest way to update the data is through the Data import functionality, however it is possible to add individual values directly through the user interface.

To have the most recent data available every day, consider purchasing an integration to automate the import process between Assetti and your accounting system, either utilising the Assetti API or other integration options. You can read more about the integrations here.

Please note that in order to utilize the financial info import, you must have an account map which is linked to the property.

Importing the actuals or budget to Financial info tab

Import the data by using the PnL import template.

  1. Click your username in the top right corner and select Import.
  2. From the list view select “PnL Template” and download the empty template by clicking the Link button.
  3. Open the template and add the following information:
    • Property name
    • Property cost center
    • Month
    • The name of the account map
    • Account code
    • Value
    • Type (choose either budget or actual)
  4. Save the file and import it back into Assetti by using Data import functionality.
